LIVING WITH GRACE

How do we define grace? Perhaps one of the most intangible aspects of the human experience, grace is at once about gentleness and kindness, but also simplicity, flawlessness and beauty.  Perhaps, though, its most important aspect is the way it connects us to faith and love. Derived from the Latin word gratia, meaning ‘God’s favour’, grace is actually less about perfection and more about seeing yourself for who you are. It’s about living a graceful life that leads with love, forgiveness and understanding, and treating yourself and others as God would treat you. Being kind to yourself, being gentle and being grateful.

Write down three ways you can approach a problem in your life with grace – focusing on kindness, gentleness and gratitude.
