Whole body wellbeing

It is often said that health is something that we don’t truly appreciate until we lose it. A wealth that, according to Gandhi, outranks all ‘pieces of gold and silver’ you could ever amass. For today’s journaling challenge, can you list all of the things that you are glad your health allows you to do – can you dance freely, run upstairs, care for your grandchildren, work in your garden?

Take a moment to appreciate all the wonderful things that being in good health allows. Next, write three health goals you would like to work towards as this new decade takes shape, would you like to take up a new sport, improve your nutrition, walk to work once a week – writing down our goals is the first step to bringing them into life.
