At Kintsugi, we believe that nothing connects you to your inner self like journaling. Each January, we run a 31-day journaling challenge, designed to help our readers to find their best path forward. As we leave behind one of the most challenging years any of us have faced, we welcome you to join us in starting 2023 with pause, self-reflection and kindness.
