June: Us, the stars, and everything in between
A journey into holistic healing — where quantum physics, ancient wisdom, and the art of Kintsugi remind us that we were never truly fragmented to begin with
It takes time.
Searching for the right piece, the one that belongs in that exact position. We check, we feel, we pause. And then, gently, the hands begin to rebuild. Carefully placing each fragment where it belongs. Connecting them with gold. Waiting for it to hold. And then continuing, patiently, resiliently, the next day, and the next. At our own rhythm, but never giving up, even when it gets difficult.
It looks like we are fixing a broken vase.
But we are creating something new.
And it is in that moment, when we can truly see the beauty and preciousness of what rests in our hands, that something shifts within. Because the transformation has already begun inside us. A quiet process of transformational wellness and natural healing, unfolding in its own time.
An invisible thread
Imagine, for a moment, that every breath, every thought, every move you make sends a ripple through the whole of existence. That everything you see and feel – the morning light, the air in your lungs, the distant stars – is woven from the same delicate fabric.
Quantum physics reveals a universe far more intimate than it appears: particles at opposite ends of the cosmos dance in perfect unison, connected through a mysterious, almost whispered, yet immensely powerful, entanglement.
At the deepest level, nothing is ever truly separate. And here lies a beautiful mirror: just as all things in the universe are held in an invisible embrace, so too does the human being exist as a whole, body, mind, emotion, and spirit intertwined, each part shaping and being shaped by the others.
When we begin to truly see and feel ourselves this way, something shifts. We open the door to an authentic evolutionary path, one that allows us to unfold our potential, awaken the power of our energy, and let the quiet magic that lives within us finally come alive. Join the path towards greater inner balance and a deeper connection with ourselves.
Becoming whole
“Holos”, whole. It means we are well when all our levels are in harmony, working together. It means we can act on the mind to reach the body, on the body to touch the spirit. It means that a small shift in one aspect of our being ripples through all the others. And beyond. It is the foundation of harmonious health and lasting wellbeing.
And more than anything, it means to recall a radical, ancient truth: that a human being cannot be treated in fragments, because these parts were never separate to begin with.
Holistic healing is not a trend. It is a rediscovery, a return to something older than wellness or medicine itself.
Kintsugi is a space where you can feel genuinely seen. Where every touch, scent, and ritual is held with a loving intention. A place to remind the body that it is not a machine to be maintained, but a living system that knows how to heal, when given the conditions to do so.
A space that welcomes all of you. Laughter, tears, hugs, and dance included. However you arrive.

“We all share a common origin — we are all children of the evolution of the universe, of the evolution of the stars. And so we are truly all brothers and sisters”
– Margherita Hack
Wellness Beyond Treatments
Holistic wellness is, first and foremost, a commitment to ourselves, to live each day with more joy, more vibrancy. To tune into a new frequency of life. Our frequency.
And it is an inside job. We can read about it, listen to experts, seek out the most celebrated therapies. But to truly understand what holistic wellness is, we must immerse ourselves in it, experiencing it with body, mind, and soul.
It means recognising that what happens after or between sessions is just as important as what happens within them.
It means recognising a strong why, a sense of purpose, dedication, and a willingness to see ourselves, and our lives, with fresh eyes.
It means embarking on a journey that never ends.
It means taking responsibility for ourselves. And walking it alongside others. Because, as we say at Kintsugi Space, there is something that feels deeply right about speaking of WE when we share success, and I when we take responsibility.
And here we are again: hands open, gold ready, beginning once more.
Back to the patient hands. The careful search for the right piece, in the right place. The gold that does not hide the fracture, but traces it, honours it, makes it the most luminous part of the whole.
This is the work.
Our work.
A path of becoming.
Piece by piece. Day by day. At our own rhythm, never rushing, never giving up.
Until one morning we hold it up to the light and see not what was broken, but what became possible because it was.
