Patrizia Bortolin
Creative Director & Project Leader, Kintsugi
Patrizia Bortolin is an award-winning spa visionary and, as celebrated by Country & Town House, “one of the world’s most beloved spa creatives.” She has conceived and shaped some of the world’s most acclaimed wellness destinations and is recognised as one of the defining icons of the modern spa movement – an inspired mentor, creator, and innovator whose work continues to influence a new generation of wellness leaders.
With a rich and cross-disciplinary background in holistic wellbeing, positive psychology, and experiential design, Patrizia approaches her work as both creator and seeker. She blends artistry, intellect, and spirituality to craft transformative experiences that restore harmony between body, mind, and soul.
Her expertise spans mindfulness and meditation, psychosomatic naturopathy, psycho-aromatherapy, healing colour coaching, EFT, Psych-K, holistic life coaching, and mindful eating. She is also a certified happiness coach, yoga nidra and laughter-yoga leader, image consultant, and transformational travel designer. Disciplines that together form her signature philosophy of living consciously and beautifully.
As Creative Director, Patrizia leads Kintsugi’s creative and experiential vision, a living expression of aesthetic and holistic transformation. She curates a collective of world-class trainers and healing artists, guiding the Kintsugi Space team to exceptional levels of presence, skill, and sensitivity across sound healing, trauma-informed therapy, therapeutic touch, original face-and-body techniques, hydrotherapy, and massage.
Her leadership is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and purpose, ensuring that every Kintsugi experience becomes a work of energetic and conscious art in wellbeing.
Dr Divya Sudheesh
General Director of Kintsugi
Dr Divya is a distinguished Ayurvedic doctor and spa leader who weaves the timeless intelligence of Ayurveda with the ever-evolving science of contemporary wellness. She brings to Kintsugi an original harmony of medical depth, intuitive leadership, and heartfelt compassion, qualities that illuminate her calling to guide others toward genuine healing and wholeness.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, she began her journey in clinical practice before moving into luxury wellness destinations. There, she developed Ayurvedic consultations, therapeutic programmes, yoga instruction, and integrative healing pathways. Ayurveda remains her guiding root, honouring each individual’s unique constitution and supporting their journey to balance.
In her career she created transformative wellbeing experiences, programmes that interlaced Ayurvedic therapies with mindful movement, nutrition, breathwork, bridging ancient healing with modern understanding. Her leadership aims to blend the precision of medical knowledge with the subtlety of emotional and energetic intelligence, cultivating environments where guests can flourish and practitioners can excel.
As a certified Chief Happiness Officer, she embodies the Kintsugi ethos of joyful transformation through self-awareness and inner alignment. Her methodologies include Ikigai coaching and the healing art of tidying by Marie Kondo, practices that invite clarity, purpose, and serenity into daily life.
At Kintsugi, Dr. Divya leads the team across both Headquarters and Kintsugi Space, guiding an exceptional constellation of practitioners, including Naturopathy and Quantum expert Dr. Keerthana, Ayurveda specialist Dr. Dhanya, our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctors and senior holistic therapists, together with Yoga & Wellness Head Suparna.
Under her leadership, science and soul come together, nurturing a culture of empathy, excellence, and intuitive care, and creating an environment where knowledge, experience, and human connection form the heart of Kintsugi wellness.
