Returns Policy

We aim to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition and meet the highest standards. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you must inform us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by emailing info@kintsugispace.com. Your message should include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please note that failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in our inability to process a return, exchange, or refund.

Once we have received your request, we will provide the full returns procedure, including any applicable return instructions, shipping requirements, and fees. Return shipping or processing charges may apply depending on your location and the nature of the return. These will be communicated clearly before you proceed.

All returned goods must be received in their original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered for items that are verified to be faulty at the time they were dispatched. Due to the perishable nature of certain products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or handled in a way that affects their resale condition.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration to the products that occurs after delivery, including where goods are stored in unsuitable conditions such as exposure to excessive heat, humidity, or direct sunlight. Such circumstances fall outside of our control, and returns or refunds will not be granted in these cases.
